TDP Construction Services, Inc. was established in 1992 by Tim Poletti. Since the inception, the company has grown to a staff of over 60 people, managing as many as 30 projects per month in the greater Northern California region. TDP is recognized as one of the leaders in subcontracting for metal stud framing and drywall projects in Northern California with a reputation for quality craftsmanship and dependable service. At TDP, we strive to provide our customers with a reliable and consistent product while maintaining back-office services to assist with the day-to-day operations of our personnel and our valued customers.

We take pride in our workmanship and our ability to get the job done right the first time, with a dependable staff and a focus on the customer. We specialize in high end retail buildouts. With this in mind, we can build anything and make it shine. We also do Office, Commercial, Industrial, Structural framing and level 5 finish in our day to day operations. We have strong relationships with national contractors throughout the US.
